Buy from ExtremeGolf
No binding purchase agreement has been entered into with ExtremeGolf before you have received an order confirmation.
Prices and Inventory
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner. We reserve the right to make corrections for typos, price errors, and for sold-out and discontinued items. We always do our best to process all online orders as quickly as possible.

How to make the purchase:
- Find the items you want to buy in the webshop and add them to the shopping cart.
- When all the desired items have been added to the shopping cart, click "Go to shopping cart" in the upper right corner.
- Read and accept our terms and conditions.
- Enter your personal information and possibly another delivery address.
- Check that all information is correct and click "Confirm purchase".
- Enter payment information and click "Approve".
Any additional payments for, for example, shipping and payment card fees will only be finally calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
Minimum purchase amount of www.extreme.golf is 50 DKK.
ExtremeGolf may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made on a payment method will be returned/cancelled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or void an order that has already been placed, this should generally be done by sending an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation" to info@extremegolf.dk. This should include the time of order and order number.
If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation!" inserted in the subject field. Cancellation should be made as soon as possible to avoid the risk that the order has already been shipped.

With ExtremeGolf can be paid with:
- Visa, VisaDankort, VisaDebit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro

"Pay after receipt of invoice" can only be used by prior agreement. To make such an agreement, please send an email to with the following information:

Delivery and Pickup
The delivery time in Denmark is normally 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order until it is delivered to you by the shipping company. However, it may take longer if the item is in one of our remote warehouses. Contact ExtremeGolf on phone 70 20 22 07 for delivery times. We deliver to all of Denmark and abroad. All orders are sent as packages. This makes it easier for us and our customers to track them if problems arise during shipping. Orders are delivered with GLS. Delivery of larger products and delivery abroad is agreed separately in terms of shipping costs.
If you choose "Pick up in store", goods must be picked up at: Morbærvænget 12, 3600 Frederikssund, unless otherwise agreed.
Right of withdrawal
ExtremeGolf offers a 14-day right of return to private customers, effective from the day you receive the goods. In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price, the goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. The return package must also include a letter stating exactly why the goods are being returned and a copy of the purchase invoice. We will not accept returned goods without these two documents attached. Once you have notified us that you want to return an item, we will transfer the return amount to your account no later than 14 days later, provided that we have received the item in the desired condition. We will only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. Remember to save your postal receipt as documentation that the item has been shipped.
Return
ExtremeGolf requires that the item be returned via PostNord or GLS, and that the item be sent as parcel post. Parcels must always be sent to us with delivery. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the shipping yourself to send the item back to us. We also draw attention to the fact that any costs in connection with returning a product and sending a new product are borne by the buyer, be they shipping and/or administration costs, including any transaction costs.
If you choose "Pick up in store", the right of withdrawal will apply from the day on which ExtremeGolf would like to point out that the product is ready for collection. It is therefore the consumer's own duty to collect within 14 days in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
How to return an item
There are two ways you can return the item:
- You may refuse to accept the goods from the shipping company. In this case, we ask you to inform the shipping company that the package must be returned to us immediately. ExtremeGolf .
- You can receive the item from the shipping company and subsequently, within the first 14 days, return the item to ExtremeGolf . In this case, we ask you to enclose a copy of the invoice for the purchased goods as documentation that the returned goods were purchased from ExtremeGolf .

Mark the package "Returned goods" and attach a copy of the purchase invoice as documentation that the returned goods/items were purchased from ExtremeGolf .
Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer's own expense. ExtremeGolf requires that the item be returned via PostNord or GLS, and that the item be sent as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to ExtremeGolf . Furthermore, the customer has the option to request the package if delivery has not taken place.
Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or otherwise. Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping.
When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This is done by returning the amount to your payment card used for the transaction or by bank transfer, once we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the cancellation rules, minus any costs in accordance with point 7 "Right of cancellation".
Right of complaint
When you shop at ExtremeGolf you have the right to complain in accordance with applicable legislation from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item (no later than two months after the defect is discovered). When you want to complain about a product, send an email to info@x3mgolf.dk. The item must be returned together with a statement of the following: A precise description of where and what the defect is and, if applicable, how it arose. Note - we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or otherwise. Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending and preferably a tracking number.
In the event of a justified complaint, refunds will be made ExtremeGolf will of course cover your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all transportation costs, including your shipping costs for returning the item after inspection.

Personal information
When you shop at ExtremeGolf , you must provide at least your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is necessary for us to complete your specific order. ExtremeGolf stores registered information for 5 years beyond the accounting year, as prescribed in the Danish Accounting Act, after which it is deleted. If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so. All registered information is processed in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act. Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. As a registered user, you can always object to the registration of your data. In this regard, please contact ExtremeGolf .dk via e-mail: info@ ExtremeGolf.dk .
Data responsibility
ExtremeGolf is the data controller.
If you pay by credit card on the webshop, the payment is made on a secure connection that ensures that your payment information is not accessible to unauthorized persons. When the payment is made online, it is done through a secure encrypted method through the webshop system and a secure payment gateway. The payment gateway functions as the Dankort terminal, which is managed by Quickpay, which complies with PCI DSS certification - a certification that defines a number of requirements for the storage, transfer and handling of credit card data.
By using www.extreme.golf you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.
