A vertical cutter that mills grooves (2, 3, or 4 cm deep) and simultaneously fills them with clean dry sand. At the same time, the milled thatch is collected in a separate container that can be easily emptied.

For a greenkeeper, the primary goal is simple: Perfection! Perfection from green to tee. The Sandfiller is developed with this goal in mind. Every sand golf course professional knows that milling and sand filling is the best combination to avoid turf degradation while improving drainage. The Sandfiller combines vertical milling and sand filling, while simultaneously removing the milled thatch layer from depths down to four centimeters – all in one go.

The principle behind the Sandfiller is the same as the highly acclaimed Combinator. The rotor cutter is equipped with carbide blades, where a device creating an airflow moves the milled thatch. The thatch is thus transferred to a tiltable container that can be easily emptied, for example, the next time the sand container needs refilling.

The sand container can be filled with dry sand. The sand is immediately supplied to the milled groove via a hydraulic conveyor belt and a stainless steel sand filler. Because the Sandfiller applies sand immediately, the upper layer will remain stable. This also means that the fairway will be playable immediately after the use of the Sandfiller.
